Head of Marketing - FMCG

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the trade marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Work closely with sales and brand teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing programs and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Drive innovation in trade marketing activities, leveraging new technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in trade marketing or related roles within the FMCG sector, with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing trade marketing strategies targeting Hong Kong market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong experience in stakeholders management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) is required.
