Head of IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure and Application teams.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of applications.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role.
• Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure and application development.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
