Head of Investor Relations

About the Client:

Our client is a leading Hong Kong listed company looking for a Head of Investor relations to manage communications with key stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance communication with shareholders and investors, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Maintain and update the investor relations database to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Coordinate and prepare for interim and annual results announcements, including organizing investor meetings and small group sessions.
• Participate in production of annual report and interim report, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Organize and manage regular IR meetings and other ad hoc IR events to engage with investors and address their inquiries
• Collaboration works closely with key senior management and stakeholders within the group.
• Ad hoc analytical support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, preferably within a listed company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, market analysis, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, handle internal and external queries professionally
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
