Head of Customer Services Center- Banking 60-70k

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Customer Services Center, ensuring high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee account opening and maintenance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Manage remittance and cash management services, optimizing operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and improve service quality.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and address customer needs effectively.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess service performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the Customer Services Center remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the banking sector, with at least 5 years in customer service roles related to account opening, remittance, and cash management.

  • Proven team management experience with strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of operational processes within a banking environment.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
