Group Finance Manager (Global MNC)

About the company:

Our client is a leading MNC with business over the globe. To cope with their expansion plan and to strengthen their business, they are currently looking for a Group Finance Manager to join their Finance team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee group financial consolidations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in reporting and budgeting.
  • Deliver monthly consolidated financial reports to senior management with key insights and metrics.
  • Collaborate with global finance teams to align and execute financial strategies.
  • Ensure statutory financial reports comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Facilitate the annual external audit process, coordinating between auditors and internal teams.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the review and update of accounting policies to align with best practices and regulations.
  • Ad hoc projects required by senior management

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
  • Over 8 years of experience in commercial finance and business partnering; Big-4/ 2nd tier auditing background is a plus.
  • HKICPA, CPA or ACCA qualification
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to excellence.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
