Fund Admin Officer - up to 30K, Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Revise trade matching and trade settlement for managed funds/accounts.
• Handle the coordination of trade instructions for managed funds/accounts
• Conduct daily preparation and review of valuation reports, reconcile discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address daily operational concerns.
• Account opening for KYC and AML procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines,;
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in asset management;
• Operation experience about SFC authorized fund and operation is preferred;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
