Food Sales Manager (Food Service Channels)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share within food service channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the food service industry, including restaurants, hotels, and catering companies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities within the food service sector.
• Present and promote food products to potential and existing clients, providing product samples and demonstrations tailored to food service needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
• Process customer orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to the management and product development teams to improve product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food sales, specifically within food service channels.
• Native Chinese speaker with fluent English proficiency.
• Familiarity with food service channels and a strong understanding of the food industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed decisions.
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for building long-term relationships.
