Financial Analyst (costing focus), 40k

Responsibilies:

• Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Support data analysis and conduct feasibility study for decision making on business strategic planning and new initiatives
• Perform month-end variances analysis and prepare monthly financial decks for the Management review
• Establish and monitor leading KPIs aligned with strategic priorities and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Regularly review and modernize reporting methodologies to streamline processes, focusing on efficiency and clarity
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or other finance related discipline
• CPA / CFA qualification is a plus
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis within manufacturing industry
• Costing background is a must requirement
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
