Finance Manager (PRC Bank)

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement Head Office policies and guidelines effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain local accounting and finance-related policies.
  • Oversee financial control tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Review product manuals to ensure alignment with financial standards.
  • Address technical financial accounting issues as they arise.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the automation of CBRC and Head Office reporting and the implementation of financial systems.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks related to Head Office and financial matters as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years of relevant experience in Cash Management, Product Marketing, and Development.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of cash management product development processes, particularly in global cash pooling, settlement products, and E-Channels.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese.
