Finance Manager (International law firm, up to HK$60k)

Job responsibilities:

• Manage a team of two and work closely with global finance team in oversea.
• Oversee daily finance operations, including working capital management, billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processes.
• Support financial statement preparation for Hong Kong entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines and requirements.
• Facilitate WIP and debt management for partners and fee earners to minimize firm lock-up and enhance cash flow efficiency.
• Serve as the main liaison with external auditors regarding financial procedures and accounting policies for the Hong Kong office.
• Contribute to the enhancement of financial control frameworks and implement new accounting procedures as needed, participating in global finance projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with a minimum 5 years of working experience
• Experience with law firm/ understanding of the HK Law Society will be highly advantageous
• Confident and effective communicator at all levels
