Finance Manager - FP&A focus

Responsibilites:

• Develop comprehensive financial strategies for the Hong Kong market, aligning with company goals and regional specifics
• Monitor and manage full profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities to ensure financial and business growth
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to review monthly business performances, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to prepare and adjust the annual budget and quarterly forecasts effectively
• Generate and review monthly management reports, providing critical data for strategic decision-making
• Offer financial insights during management meetings, supporting presentations with accurate and relevant data
• Lead initiatives to streamline and optimize workflows, enhancing overall process efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline
• CPA qualification
• Minimum of 8 years experience in financial analysis
• Experience in CAPEX and OPEX are highly preferred
• Independent, self-motivation with business acumen
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
