Finance Manager (Finance, HR & Admin)

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Daily accounting operations - Review payments, minimise lapses in the operations of THG including payments, bank reconciliations, tax matters and assets protection
  • Timely closing and maintaining full sets of accounts
  • Preparation of financial reports and prepare financial analysis for Senior Management
  • Management reporting - timely preparation and review of reports for Senior Management. Review and validate all financial schedule on monthly basis
  • Cash management
  • Manage the company's HR, payroll, MPF and admin matters
  • Support adhoc projects in a timely and professional manner

Rquirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, HR and admin duties
  • IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in financial management and payroll
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting and HR matters
  • Well-organized, detail oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
