Finance Manager (China focus, up to HK$50k)

Our client is a leading professional services with business over the globe, they are currently looking for a Finance Manager to manage the FP&A and accounting functions for their China business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of business plans and goal setting
• Responsible for P&L analysis, budget forecast and planning
• Create and maintain FP&A reports and forecasting materials
• Identify variances, prepare commentary, and support FP&A goals
• Manage and coordinate with accounting teams in China
• Provide actionable financial insights for marketing and sales strategies to optimize business growth
• Conduct ad hoc analyses, reporting, and finance/accounting projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting with CPA / ACCA / CIMA qualification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, management reporting, business analysis or related finance roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• 3-4 short business trips to China a year

• 9am-6pm Monday to Friday

• Hong Kong Island work location
