Finance Director - HK Listed Company

Our client is a well-established and fast-growing conglomerate company with global operation. To facilitate their company growth, they are looking for a high calibre Finance Director to join their finance team

Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities include:

• Lead and monitor a small team and ensure the accuracy of Group level financial statement
• Responsible for the consolidation and financial reporting of overseas entities
• Facilitate and prepare financial reports, working with overseas finance teams to ensure standards and compliance are met
• Liaise with external auditors for financial statements preparation
• Work closely and support different internal stakeholders
• Projects including systems, M&A, due diligence to support business growth

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline, Qualified accountant. Training in Big4 is preferred
• At least 10 years working experiences, including working in sizable companies with overseas entities
• Listed company with some experience in manufacturing is a must
• Knowledgeable in financial reporting standards
• Excellent communication and business partnership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to business partner various stakeholders
• Occasional Travel
