You New Role:


As a .NET Developer, you will:

  • Develop and Support Applications: Work on both front-end and server-side development for Securities Lending applications, ensuring their reliability and performance.
  • Deliver End-to-End Solutions: Take ownership of the entire delivery pipeline, from gathering requirements to writing tests, developing systems, and rolling out deliverables with users and technology partners.
  • Collaborate Globally: Build strong relationships across regional and global technology teams, as well as the user community, to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Foster Innovation: Continuously look for opportunities to improve and enhance the applications you work on to meet evolving business needs.


What You Bring:


To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
  • Education: A degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in C# / .NET for both UI and server development.
    • Strong Python development skills.
    • Expertise in SQL and query optimization (ideally Sybase).
    • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Shell scripting or Python).
    • Experience with messaging middleware technologies.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.
    • Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to work effectively across a global organization.
    • Strong business and data analysis skills.
  • Development Practices:
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
    • Knowledge and use of automated testing tools and frameworks.
