Diversity and Inclusion Lead

Job description

The ideal candidate will support the Human Resources department for all Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion projects and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will be creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. Here are key responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Engage with leaders across functions to ensure alignment with the EDI strategy.
  • Link EDI initiatives to overall business priorities and tailor engagement based on specific challenges faced by different teams.
  • Create and update policies that address EDI principles.
  • Cover areas such as equal opportunity, anti-discrimination, accommodation for disabilities, and support for neurodiversity.
  • While flexibility enhances EDI, address potential drawbacks like isolation and blurred work-life boundaries.
  • Prioritize EDI as a fundamental aspect of attracting and retaining talent.
  • Make a public commitment to EDI to demonstrate organizational values.
  • Other EDI project as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 8+ years' experience in Human Resources and good knowledge in ED&I field
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to strategy planning
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
