Digital / Technical Business Analyst - Insurance - Hong Kong

For Digital/ Insurance Business Analyst:

Responsibilities:

• You will perform requirements gathering, prepare functional specifications and support business testing;
• You will execute end to end testing including creating test plan, conducting testing and communicating with business users during UAT
• You will manage change requests and track the progress of bug fixing for designated applications with development teams
• You will rovide roll-out and post-implementation support

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience as a business analyst
• Insurance project experience is a plus
• Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese and English.
• Knowledge of Agile ways of working and agile tooling such as JIRA is preferred.

For Technical Business Analyst:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance as a technical business analyst, preferably with exposure to proposal system related projects.
• With programming knowledge: Java, Spring, ReactJS, MSSQL, Oracle, etc
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with insurance proposal system
