Digital Delivery Manager ($65-75k + bonus)

My client is a leading non-Chinese retail and corporate banking institution. They are expanding to hire a Digital Lead to manage e-banking apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical engineers to develop e-banking products and services
• Manage e-banking and digital projects to ensure product quality, cost efficiency and delivery excellence
• Collaborate with architecture and development teams to focus on high level designs for project delivery.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain a stable IT environment for applications
• Ensure project delivery to align with internal compliance, risk, security and audit teams for regulatory requirement.
• Support teammates for problem troubleshooting and help the team growth to sustain latest challenges in technology and complex IT infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in application development and technical design experience in API and microservices
• Solid knowledge in DevOps and cloud technologies, eg microservices and container etc
• Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall project management practices
• Excellent communication skills in spoken Cantonese and written English
• Candidates with strong technical and vendor/team management experience, without banking background, will also be considered
