Data Product Manager, Leading Bank, 30-35k

Your New Role:

• You'll collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define business requirements and create roadmaps for data products.
• You'll lead the creation and maintenance of data processing frameworks to ensure high-quality data for financial risk assessment, customer segmentation, and banking services.
• Utilize your expertise in financial data analysis to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights that support business objectives.
• Track and evaluate data performance metrics, including accuracy, user adoption, and business impact within the financial sector.
• Collect and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders to maintain business continuity.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, preferably within the banking or financial industry.
• Proven experience in managing data effectively.
• Deep understanding of various types of financial data, such as transaction, credit, and market data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Python, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional multitasking and project management abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
