Data Analytics and CRM (Fresh Grad Welcome)

Job Description
Our client, a prestigious and well-established retail and corporate bank, is currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join their department as Assistant Manager / Manager Data Analytics and CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the fraud detection system migration project, including solution evaluation, proposal preparation, project progress updates, planning, risk assessment/mitigation, reporting, and documentation preparations.

• Manage data loading with IT teams.

• Prepare data for fraud strategy development and system testing.

• Develop programs to automate data loading and report generation.

• Design and prepare test cases for system, strategy, and process testing.

• Collaborate with team members to develop programs to automate processes and implement strategies.

• Develop dashboards to report data quality checks and monitor strategy performance.

Requirements:

• University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1-5 years' working experience in analytics and system development.

• Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered for the Assistant Manager position.

• Experience in programming languages such as PySpark, Python, BigQuery SQL, and SAS.

• Knowledge of platforms or tools like GCP and Looker Studio is an advantage.

• Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and presentation skills, along with strong business acumen.
