What You'll Do:

  • Digital Messaging Delivery: You will be responsible for executing digital messaging strategies across various platforms, including eDM, SMS, MMS, Push Notifications, and future channels/devices.
  • End-to-End Development: You will ensure top-tier delivery of digital messaging from initial scoping with business units through development and post-implementation support and measurement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will act as a key member of cross-functional teams, working with business, analytics, and data teams to leverage skills in analysis, market understanding, design, optimization, technology, and testing.
  • Operational Insight: You will strive for flawless execution of digital value-added messaging, providing operational insights and pragmatic approaches to design, manufacture, and deployment.
  • Campaign Analytics: You will collaborate with business units to perform hands-on analytics for campaign lead generation and tracking.
  • Business Insight: You will understand business needs and share insights derived from analytics work.


What You Bring:

  • Educational Background: University degree in Statistics, Data and Information Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, focusing on information and data management.
  • Skills: Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with business, operations, and technology teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital messaging technologies (e.g., SFMC, AEM).
  • Lifecycle Management: Hands-on experience with the end-to-end content development lifecycle, including post-implementation support and measurement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Preferred knowledge and/or experience in SAS, SQL, Tableau/QlikSense, Python, Pega.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for quality/accuracy issues.
  • Customer Service: Strong sense of ownership and a service-oriented mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.
