Customer Support Specialist (B2B service provider)

Job description

Responsibilies:

  • Handling customer's enquires by providing suitable solutions
  • Providing a smooth and professionals customer support services via phone, email, and chat
  • Work closely with logistics, sales, and operations teams to facilitate smooth service delivery
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve service processes and offerings
  • Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in customer support / service field
  • Experinced working in online marketplace OR supply china related industries is a big bonus!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft softwares, fast typing, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills in Chinese and English
