Customer Services Senior Officer, bank (30-35k)

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for resolving various enquiries from clients across different channels
  • Conduct investigations on client's complaint and escalate to management if necessary
  • Monitor and manage messages received on online platform
  • Provide training, coaching and share the best practice to new joiners
  • Assist in other ad hoc. tasks in respect of business needs

Requirements:

  • Type 1, 7,8 HKSI Licenses holder
  • Higher Diploma or above in relevant disciplines
  • Sound knowledge in retail banking products
  • Candidates with less experience with considered as Officer
