Job description

Responsibilies:

  • Design and implement customer research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather actionable insights.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify customer trends, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric strategies and initiatives based on research findings.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure insights are effectively integrated into the customer journey.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance research efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in customer insights, market research, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience in customer experience management is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
