CRM Specialist - up to 45K, banking

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and shape digital messaging across various platforms like SMS, MMS, Push Notifications, and future channels
  • Deliver top-notch digital messaging from planning with business units to development, support, and measurement
  • Work with cross-functional teams from business, analytics, and data to ensure smooth execution of messaging
  • Ensure flawless execution of digital messages, providing insights and practical approaches for optimal design and deployment
  • Collaborate with business units to perform analytics for campaign lead generation and tracking

Job Requirements:

  • 4- 5 years in retail banking, focusing on information and data management.
  • Self-motivated, organized, good at multitasking, problem-solving, and influencing others.
  • Able to effectively talk with business, operations, and tech teams.
  • Familiar with digital messaging tools like SFMC and AEM.
  • Experienced in content development and post-implementation support.
  • Preferably know SAS, SQL, Tableau/QlikSense, Python, and Pega.
  • Very precise and accurate.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and customer service focus.
