CRM Manager - Insurance Space (55K - 65K)

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the process design for the digital transformation of the client journey, ensuring that processes are streamlined and optimized for the digital environment.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and goals and translate them into functional requirements and user stories.
  • Lead the campaign management setup and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns through the Marketo platform and CRM systems.
  • Support the design and implementation of campaign automation workflows, including lead scoring, segmentation, and lead nurturing processes.
  • Design and implement effective campaign automation workflows tailored to the insurance sector, utilizing Marketo and CRM systems to drive client retention and acquisition
  • Ensure CRM integration is optimized to support automated marketing efforts, maintaining data integrity and synchronization across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Client Engagement & Campaign team on campaign strategy, execution, and measurement to enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Manage the CRM development initiatives to improve functionality, user experience, and reporting capabilities
  • Act as the business representative to drive the CRM and campaign management roadmap, aligning strategic priorities with client-centric solutions and operational excellence
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and CRM technologies, incorporating them into our strategies to enhance the digital client experience.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo
  • Solid background in campaign management and digital marketing within the insurance industry, with a clear understanding of insurance products and client needs
  • In-depth knowledge of campaign setup, management, and optimization within a CRM environment .
  • Strong understanding of business process design and optimization methodologies.
  • Expertise in data analytics, lead management, and developing automated marketing campaigns
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated client experiences
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a keen eye for improving client journeys and engagement
