Counter Service Officer (Part-Time) 70-90/ hour

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality service through efficient and customer-centric counter transactions
  • Deliver banking services and solutions by understanding customer needs and making appropriate referrals
  • Support branch operations and adhere to relevant guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

  • Secondary School or above
  • Solid counter services experience in banking industry is preferable
  • Able to commit 10 hours as minimum working hours per week
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
  • Self-motivated, attentive to detail, eager to learn with positive attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in both English and Chinese, with ability to communicate in Putonghua an advantage
