Corporate Social Responsibility and Communications Lead

Our client is a well-established Insurance company with a strong presence in the Hong Kong. As part of continued expansion, an outstanding opportunity has been arisen for a CSR & Communications professional to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with our values and business goals.
• Manage all aspects of our CSR programs, partnerships, community engagement initiatives, and charity activities.
• Drive employee engagement in CSR and charity activities through volunteer programs, campaigns, and fundraising efforts.
• Monitor metrics and report on the impact of our CSR initiatives and charity activities.
• Lead internal and external communications, including crafting compelling messages and materials.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate CSR practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and represent the company at events and forums.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 10 years' experience in CSR or related roles, preferably in insurance/ banking/ financial services industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and partnership-building skills.
• Proficiency in crafting impactful messages, writing/editing, and producing communication materials.
• Passionate about CSR, charity activities, and making a positive impact on society.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English & Chinese
