Corporate Finance Manager / Assistant Manager

Our client is a Hong Kong listed conglomerate with diversity business globally. They are currently looking for a Corporate Finance Manager/ Assistant Finance Manager for the Group's M&A activities.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in buyside and sellside M&A projects, covering all phases from screening and due diligence to deal structuring and post-deal integration.
• Create financial models and conduct detailed analyses to support investment decisions.
• Prepare proposals and presentation materials for senior management approvals while collaborating on M&A strategies.
• Assess various business structures for M&A initiatives and coordinate with internal teams and external advisors.
• Mentor junior team members and perform industry and company research as needed.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• Big 4 training with CFA or CPA qualification is highly preferred
• Able to handle multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Business proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
