Client Service Executive (21K monthly)

Responsilbilies:

• Oversee project produciton and delivery to ensure a smooth process for providing company's services and products
• Ensure samples are meeting client's expectation and requirements
• Handle documentation including letters, invoices, sales orders and contracts
• Coordinate the shipments and logistics process
• Initiate the briefs with clients and follow up with the product department for preparation
• Monitor the delviery timeline and production quality
• Liaise with the sales and accounting team for invoice payments and collections

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Business, Marketing or Transportation & Logisitcs related
• 2-3 years of working experience in brand marketing / account management / project management / brand marketin
• Fluent to native English speaking is a MUST
• Native Cantonese speaker is a MUST
• Outgoing, energetic, strong interpersonal skills are highly wanted
• Proficicent in Microsoft software is a mus
