Abut the job.

  • Report to the General Manager
  • Markets: Hong Kong and Macau
  • Work closely with HQ on customer lifecycle, product launch and local events
  • Plan and executive all VIC events and regular instore clienteling events
  • Handle the planning and decision on VIP giftings
  • Perform strategic CRM analysis on customer buying behaviors, clienteling KPIs and so
  • Provide training supports to stores

Requirements

  • University graduate in Business Management, Marketing, PR or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6-8 years of client engagement experience from luxury industry is preferred
  • Solid client engagement, events and CRM skills
  • Strong analytical skill and number-sensitive
  • Experience in using analytical software
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Client Engagement Manager
