Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help to arrange internal workshop
  • Arrange travel and handle logistics
  • Provide a full range of office administrative support

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Office Management, or a related field
  • 3 years' secretarial or administration experience in related industry is preferred
  • Able to handle business correspondence professionally
  • Presentable, independent, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good PC knowledge and strong in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
