Business Analyst/ Project Manager - Banking - Hong Kong

Job description

For Business Analyst:

Responsibilities:
  • You will perform requirements gathering, prepare functional specifications and support business testing;
  • You will execute end to end testing including creating test plan, conducting testing and communicating with business users during UAT
  • You will perform analysis on data interfaces requirements for Fund Transfer Pricing, TU, CCRA, local and group data warehouses from the new Core Banking system.
  • You will lead user requirement gathering discussions, conducting data mapping exercise and data elements gap analysis on operational reports and regulatory reports between the old legacy Core Banking system and new Core Banking system.
Requirements:
  • Must have Core Banking experience ideally with regulatory reporting experience
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese and English.
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working and agile tooling such as JIRA is preferred.

For Project Manager:

  • You will work under the Core Banking Programme Management Office
  • You will lead data migration, IA and implementation
  • Must understand Project Management Life Cycle
  • IT background will be big plus
