Brokerage operation Manager - up to 65K, insurance

Responsibilities:

• Analyze brokerage operations and identify business gaps.
• Split time between project management and overseeing insurance brokerage processes.
• Review department processes to update KRIs and KPIs for upcoming changes.
• Implement governance strategies and conduct risk assessments.
• Work with a dynamic team to improve communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in insurance brokerage operations.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
• Proven project management and oversight abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
