Brand Manager

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that support the company's short-term and long-term goals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies to inform strategy
  • Manage the marketing budget and ROI tracking for all initiatives
  • Oversee the planning, development, and deployment of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, print, events)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to create high-quality marketing assets and content
  • Implement effective lead generation and nurturing programs to drive qualified sales opportunities
  • Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven optimizations to improve results

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a innovative approach to marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Proficient in using various marketing software and tools (e.g., CMS, CRM, marketing automation, analytics)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors/agencies
