Boutique Manager (Luxury Watches)
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve sales targets for the boutique team and individuals, analyze business results to develop action plans.
- Recruit, train, and motivate boutique staff, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and conduct daily briefings to communicate targets and expectations.
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect the brand's excellence, handle complaints effectively, and lead initiatives to build customer loyalty through personalized service.
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management and visual merchandising, ensure compliance with operational guidelines, and maintain security measures for stock.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, manage budgets and expenses, and collaborate with marketing teams for promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
Job Requirement:
- At least 8 years of frontline sales experience in luxury brands
- First-in-charge experience is a must
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, good in English
- Strong in CRM, experienced in CRM events
