BD & Partnership Manager - Korea | Consumer Goods

Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and partnership strategies for the Korea market. You will drive various business development activities to increase revenue, market share and hitting sales targets for the designated product categories. You will explore and develop various partnership opportunities with existing and new potential partners. You will stay updated with the latest market development and uncover new business opportunities in the market. You will report to senior management regularly on sales performance, pricing analysis and market trends.

Requirement

  • Degree holder in business related disciplines with at least 5 years of work experience in sales and partnership development with multinational consumer brand/ FMCG companies.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales target with a good understanding and strong network in Korea market.
  • Strong numerical sense and analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret sales data, pricing trends and customer insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in English is required.
