Assistant Sales Manager, Building Material | Project

Key Responsibilities:

• As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving project sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Hong Kong market.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including but not limited to property developers, designers architects and contractors.
• Stay close with movements and potential projects in markets to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Handle enquiries from customers and arrange showroom visit to introduce product specifications to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date records of clients' information on CRM system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the interior design, building materials or relevant industries.
• Experience working with developers, designers, architects and contractors.
• Knowledge in design specification and tendering process would be a definite advantage.
• Proven track record of developing new business and driving business growth
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain good business relationships with customers.
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese is required.
