Assistant Retail Training Manager (Luxury Retail)

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies for retail operations and customer experienc.
  • Support store efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
  • Train and coach store staff to enhance skills and optimize the customer journey.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
  • Implement best practices for retail excellence.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with the Training team to define boutique team training needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience, with 2-3 years at managerial grade.
  • Experience in luxury retail is a must.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  • Occasional travel is required.
