(Assistant) Manager, General Insurance Product Development

Our client is a well-established general insurance company within APAC. As part of a fast expansion, they are looking for candidates to join their product development team, focusing on both medical and non-medical products.

Responsibilities:

• Help with product formulation and development of the general insurance business
• Assist on product marketing, including drafting product collaterals and brochures, and driving campaigns
• Support on ad-hoc projects, including reviewing UATs
• Staying up to date on market trends
• Analyze customer behaviour to drive business growth
• Work closely with different departments to monitor end-to-end processes, making sure that they comply with internal and external regulations

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of experience within insurance, preferably within insurance or digital product management, or product marketing
• Strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Less experienced candidates will be considered as Manager
