Assistant IT Procurement Manager (Hospitality | 35 - 45k)

My client is globally leading hospitality group. Looking to enhance their IT Procurement function, they are now in search of an Assistant IT Procurement Manager.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage end to end IT procurement, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with organizational goals
• Streamline procurement processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with IT vendors and service providers to establish strong partnerships
• Monitor vendor performance, address issues, and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor IT procurement budgets, track expenditures, and optimize spending
• Engage with internal stakeholders (IT teams, finance, legal, etc.) to understand their requirements and align procurement strategies accordingly.

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 4 years of procurement experience
• IT procurement experience is not a MUST but would be an advantage
• Strong experience handling relationship with both internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Good communication skills and detail minded
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
