Assistant Finance Manager (fashion retail)

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including preparation of monthly financial statements
• Check bank statements and prepare reconciliations
• Participate in CAPEX and lease management
• Support in annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits, tax filings and other compliance requirement, including the review of statutory accounts and tax computation
• Support in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor holder in Accountancy or other finance discipline
• Minimum of 5 years in accounting experience with solid background in retail operations and US company
• Proactive, independent, strong problem-solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Experience in Oracle is highly referred
