My client is globally leading cosmetic brand. Looking to enhance their planning function, they are now in search of an Assistant Demand Planning Manager.

Reporting to the Associate Supply Chain Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with the Associate Supply Chain Director to plan seasonal inventory allocations and implement tactical reorder strategies for the APAC region
• Develop and maintain statistical forecast models with a focus on achieving high forecast accuracy
• Conduct monthly Sales Performance Reviews with senior management, presenting forecasts, Open-To-Buy (OTB) analysis, and new season investment strategies
• Oversee stock allocation for stores across multiple countries
• Coordinate with logistics and merchandising teams to ensure smooth distribution execution for pop-up events
• Create and implement monitoring mechanisms to optimize working capital utilization and enhance global sell-through rates

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 6 years of demand planning experience
• At least one year of regional planning experience
• Experience working within cosmetic, luxury, fashion or FMCG industries
• Strong communication and stake holder management skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
