Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute application releases and system upgrades.
  • Provide user support for application systems.
  • Offer standby support for critical situations as needed.
  • Design, develop, test, and review cloud-native applications for deployment on cloud platforms.
  • Refactor, review, and maintain existing enterprise application codebases, ensuring scalability, performance, and security, while adding new features to support global business growth.
  • Actively participate in scrum ceremonies with the product owner and scrum team.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, QA specialists, designers, and partners to contribute to solution design and problem-solving.
  • Research and adopt new methodologies and technologies, sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Mentor junior developers on business knowledge and development practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in application development and support.
  • Proficiency in Java (J2EE) and HTML5.
  • Strong understanding of one or more database systems: Oracle, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Linux is a plus.
  • Experience in network troubleshooting is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies such as Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, and Helm is beneficial.
  • Experience with WebLogic and/or Oracle RAC is a plus.
  • Team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in English and Putonghua.
