- Offer comprehensive secretarial support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling expenses to ensure smooth office operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents for executives as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage related logistics.
- Process and track invoices and purchase orders.
- Provide a full spectrum of general administrative support to the department.
Job requirment:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to work well with others and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
