Administrative Assistant - Banking, Up to 30K

Job description

Our client is a well-established and highly reputable bank. To cope with business needs, they are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team

- Responsible for office management such as managing office supplies and expenses

- Coordinate team activities and meetings

- Assist with travel arrangements, processing expense reports and team scheduling

- Ensure the smooth run of daily team operation

Requirements:

- Diploma or above

- 2 years' experience or above in administration/ secretary. Experiences in banking industry will be highly preferred

- Good command in both English and Chinese

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
