Administrative Assistant

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic office support functions such as typing, document update, filing, prepare regular report and schedule meetings
  • Provide staff On-off boarding and user access application support
  • Provide support to CIO executive secretary
  • Assist in organizing activities
  • Assist in ad-hoc requests from Management

Job Requirements:

  • A higher diploma or an associate degree or above
  • At least 1 year of work experience in Banking is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (includes MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Detail-minded, organized, responsible and willing to learn
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and able to take up challenge and work under pressure
  • Self-initiative and ability to work independently
  • Able to handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties when required
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
