Accounts Clerk (New headcount, up to HK$25k)

Our client is a well-established, sizable, reputable, full-service law firm located in Central with westernized culture and friendly working environment. They are adding a new headcount to their HK Finance team. Candidates from non law firms background are also welcome to apply.

Job responsiblities:

• Prepare basic journal postings and data entries
• Assist in AP and AR preparation and bank reconciliations
• Responsible for daily accounting duties including voucher preparation, bank reconciliation, debt collecting, etc
• Maintain filing and entry in accounting system
• Assist in month-end closing, annual audit and taxation matters
• Provide general clerical support and administrative duties
• Ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably major in accounting or related disciplines
• Proactive, attention to details with good communication skills
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, organized, and ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in PC skill of words and Excel

Job Offer:

• Mon-Fri 9:30am-5:30pm working hours
• 12 months with Discretionary Bonus
