Accounting Manager (HK$35k-40k)

Our client is a leading global advertising, marketing and corporate communications company

Key responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing, including accruals, prepayments, deferred income, and foreign exchange.
• Prepare management accounts, forecasts, and reports for HQ.
• Conduct weekly Accounts Receivable reporting and cash flow forecasting.
• Perform monthly revenue analysis by client and intercompany reconciliation.
• Collaborate with local and regional finance teams.
• Identify trends and promote process improvements to ensure best practices.
• Provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Ad hoc projects required by senior management.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines with CPA qualification
• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, preferably from media or marketing agency
• Experience in Hyperion, Media Ocean or DDS is preferred, and strong Excel skills
• Detail-minded, with "can do" attitude and self motivated
• Good command in English and Cantonese
