Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage well-round reception and administrative duties
  • Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls, emails, courier meeting arrangements and enquiries
  • Support on cleaning services coordination to ensure office cleanliness
  • Provide assistance to General Administration Team on reports and presentations
  • Assist in event and meeting planning and implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor in relevant discipline
  • 2+ years as a Receptionist, ideally within financial services industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in both English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong multitasking, organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers and copiers
